Well Marijuana(Cannabis) is considered illegal for use or distribution, however unless its usage is for medicinal purposes. So yea it is considered a sin. One needs to get high on God, not Whacky Tobaccky.

Correct. It is a crime at least where I live. I am aware there are places where it has been legalized.

I think there was a thread about this where we discussed marijuana use in relation to Christian faith. And there was another one discussing whether or not a Christian can ever break laws, and it boiled down to the fact that if mans law forces you to violate Gods law, then you'd follow God's law.
