I don't believe any prayer matters at this point as a way to feel more at peace. God and his worshipers only believe that everything that is spirit and immaterial is good no matter what, and everything material that God himself created is EVIL no matter what. If people want to discuss that with Christians, it's sadly not a controversy for them. They are all programmed in some extent to believe that very doctrine. That's also why I believe God doesn't give anything personal no matter how angry and bitter one person is because he doesn't "have" something. HE doesn't seem to care about the human race in the here-and-now at all.

Anybody who only believes otherwise is ignorant and apathetic/callous.

G-d made a big deal out of names. Do a study on all the names of people, places and things in the bible. He also had Adam name the animals. Find out why. Peace

I actually agree with this view.

I don't disagree.

So if it is not God's Will to rob a bank...and you pray to not get caught ...would that prayer matter?
I think not. :i

Lol. Not by a long shot. Why are you listening to all of these crazy people with crazy ideas about God, anyway? No wonder you're angry. If I believed what you wrote above was true, I'd be angry too.

ghostee...... have you ever tried meditation? It might help you. It helps to drown out the cacophony and kind of clears your slate a little giving way for new thoughts, ideas and ponderings to enter in.

just a thought,
take care,
