For me all of this is so simple.
One moment of a heart change, an awakening...and a life of debauchery is dropped and
you are on your way to Heaven and beauty... This is the very Nature of Love.

What happens to a person that doesn't have that heart change and isn't forgiven?
Interesting way of putting it. A couple questions:
What is your experience of your spirit being prepared?
Do you believe your spirit is in God's presence now as well?
It's not necessarily an experience... it's faith in what Jesus said would happen. We receive the Holy Spirit when God sees our faith in His Son. The presence of the Holy Spirit in us is what cleans up our dead spirits and makes us accessible to God.
My spirit is not in God's presence... I am able to communicate directly to God.

Isn't the Spirit cleaning you up an experience you notice? (I assume it is.)
And isn't the Spirit in you the same as being in God's presence?

Jesus disagrees ... all you are promoting is humanistic feel good'ism which is not on the way to Heaven and beauty.

Yes and no. As soon as a person receives the Spirit, you are clean and are able to be in His presence. You don't necessarily notice that.
You do notice the changes in behavior and the maturing in Christ that can happen when walking in the Spirit.

That's debatable.
When one leaves the earth, he/she will definitely be in God's presence.
