I don't even know what that means ("snowflake"), other than frozen precipitation. I'm not up on the childish lingo of the day, which is surely must be. Is that some kind of insult? Are personal insults allowed on this forum?

Matthew 4:1-11King James Version (KJV)

4 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,

6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Either Jesus simply told the disciples about it or else it was made known to them by the Holy Spirit.

How and why? Please explain.

How can a person NOT remain a Christian if he believes that Jesus is a true prophet of God - and NOT God himself?

If a person tries his best to live a peaceful and morally conscious life in the light of Guidance provided by Jesus, believing that Jesus was messenger of God, what kicks him out of Christianity in this case?

Jesus represented/represents the sacrificial lamb of God. In the Old Testament days, people who went against God had to give up something of theirs (something of value) as penalty for their sins. It was usually animals sacrificed, as a repayment. When Jesus died on the cross, he became the sacrificial "lamb". He died once; no need for repeated bloodshed. He also died for all, that all could reach heaven (not just Jews).

To ignore or bypass the above invalidates who Jesus was, and what he came to earth for. He would just be another human, his death then meant nothing, and only Jews would be able to reach heaven. It would be shut off for everyone else. Everything rests on that, so it's clear that attacking that is the most effective way to discredit Christianity. Go for the roots! as we see.

It won't be clear unless you read scripture. It won't make any sense until you understand the original atonement of sin, and what God required. It's necessary to see the pattern of sacrifices in the Old Testament, and how Jesus became a sacrifice of a much more profound dimension. Read the texts yourself. Read them, pray, and meditate over what you've read.

Why so sensitive, be proud of what you believe and thank God we are free to have a choice. Heck, I have learned a whole bunch from Atheists and people who push me to study. I have learned from Hindus and Buddhists, the truth is where you find the truth. Nobody is trying to crucify you, nobody is persecuting you, feel free to challenge people with what you think truth is. If you feel somewhat hurt because somebody points out how you keep the holy days and ways of other Gods in committing fornication and adultery against God, then don't commit adultery against God. When Israel built that Golden calf, they had went back to their paganism and thereby committing adultery against God. Keeping pagan ways is committing adultery against God, and the Gentiles hope should be in obtaining an inheritance in Israel and this is no difficult thing God asks, is it right that a God would want you to keep his holy days and his traditions and ways, is it to a difficult thing that God asks?

People used to die because they accepted Jesus and all his 7 feasts, but nobody will kill you today, although people will hate and despise you if you keep the ways of Jesus.

Not God himself?

“Yerushalayim! Yerushalayim! You kill the prophets! You stone those who are sent to you! How often I wanted to gather your children, just as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, but you refused! 35 Look! God is abandoning your house to you! I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of Adonai!’”
