That is true, of course from the time we accepted the first covenant, Jehovah has provided shepherds for us. You don't really think He just lets us stray every which way do you? What kind of Shepherd do you think He is?
You believe in Jesus correct? Is he not Jehovah's chief shepherd?

I don't believe the Jehovah Witness hierarchy to be shepherds, and prefer to stick with the Spirit that dwells within, rather than an external force.
It ain't the Jehovah Witnesses governing body, nor was it Charles Taze Russel.
Since Jesus assigned the faithful slave to shepherd his sheep, do you not deem it necessary to search for those who he has assigned sir? How dependent is your salvation upon being known by them. A shepherd knows his sheep sir.

God's organization is made up of humans as you stated J, if the governing body of Jehovah's witnesses is actually the governing body of Jehovah's witnesses, then they have fed us very well. Do you know of any other religious organization that is fed even close to what we have?
