The thing that made baltimore look weird was hood to hood. The people on theat dvd look like they were suffering meanwhile people from places like nyc, dc , philly looked regular.
Because dat city is depressing. Outside of the harbor area Bmore extremely gritty and down in the dumps. Its a east coast version of New Orleans.
Even tho the DC one is from 2006, which is why the swag ain't up to date in that one. I mean just look at both and compare and contrast. They only 35 miles apart but in two different worlds.
