Yeah, I think the interesting thing about this group of cities is that they're all pretty similar in a lot ways.

The AFC North is basically the inverse of the NFC East. All four teams in the NFC East are located in top-10 TV markets. The Washington DC market is the smallest of them, and it's still the ninth-largest in the United States. On the other hand, the AFC North is the only division without a top-10 TV market. The Cleveland market is the largest of them, and it's only the 17th-largest in the United States. Because of the difference in TV market sizes, the NFC East tends to get a lot more hype and publicity than the AFC North relative to the performance of each division.

As for the comparison criteria, I've added a few:
