The people from the 90's who used to run the city who went to prison from the crack era federal indictments would have killed these boys out here now. My generation of 80's babies would smack these new kids around and have them running to the store for errands. I wonder what the 2000's kids and youth are like up in Philly compared to the 80's kids.
Your post is so true. However, I think that is the case in every city in America.
Quite the contrary. I love Philly. Chicago and Philly are my two favorite cities in the summertime. I think Philly has the best looking Dominican chicks by far. As for the "sistas," I haven't seen a lot of top notch action.
What facts did you state? You mentioned that you are not black so how would you know anything about a "black perspective?" If anything, your attitude is typical. Tell me how I should feel about Paula Deen's comments too since you are such an expert.
Quality of life in Chicago also depends on age because there are a lot of young suckers in Chicago now. Me being an 80's born black Chicagoan I wouldn't trade Chicago for nothing in the world. I miss the past, but the 2000's babies and people born in the late 90's here in Chicago don't impress me. None of these 2000's babies in Chicago look like they lift any weights, always looking dirty, can barely dress. They wouldn't have survived in Chicago during the 1990's at all. Though crime is still high in Philly, it was much worse in the 90's.

They do look a little malnourished. Not to mention not understanding a word coming out of their mouth. It sounds like their yelling with rocks in their mouth. Then they want you to think they are tough. Please!
