Los Angeles. This has been confirmed by New Yorkers themselves who have moved to LA in mass for the last 50 plus years and counting.....
Although the NY metro area does have some nice qualities.
Uh.. New Yorkers have not been moving to NY in big numbers. LA has had a very large domestic net (out) migration (meaning people are leaving). Births and international immigration keeps the area growing.
A mountain through the center of town (Now that I've figured out how to cut and paste, you better hope I don't turn into SWB!!)

"New Yorkers have not been moving to New York"?
Okay, I'll go along with that. It kind of goes with my point anyway. Most New Yorkers who leave NYC don't return.
Also I don't know what the domestic out migration has to do with this. That doesn't mean that New Yorkers and people from other areas of the country are no longer coming to LA. It just means that domestics leaving exceeds those coming in. But they are still coming, especially New Yorkers.
Also, fyi, NYC has the largest domestic out migration of any city in the U.S.

Of course it does. I have been knowing that actually.
