As an aside, I never understand the use of palms as "street trees" in Southern CA. I mean yes, I know they grow there pretty well. But they don't provide much shade, which defeats most of the purpose of planting street trees to begin with.
The point is you choose something like 6 miles away.
Again, I'm not doubting they exist - I'm just asking you to show me them, because I'm not a resident of LA and haven't been able to fully explore it in my travels. You have listed some streets which you say are walkable, but when other posters have shown street views, you've said they are picking the wrong areas to show. So show me the "right" areas. That's all I'm asking.
