It's only "especially" Dallas if we're strictly talking about city limits.
Not just city limits, but Dallas County as well.
Besides, isnt the name of the thread 10 most conservative cities (not metros)? I think its pretty well known that Dallas has some uber conservative suburbs (so does Houston), but Dallas itself is anything but.

Technically, but looking at government boundaries alone simply doesn't tell the whole story. That's my point, though I know this discussion has been had a thousand times here.
Indy is moderate, almost a 50-50 split with the north and east sides being more "liberal" while the south and west side more "conservative." Dems hold a slight edge on the CCC with a dem elect mayor. Even outgoing rep Ballard is rino as he is very liberal in action.
How you come up with Indy being the most conservative must be voodoo magic as the numbers just do not add up.
How'd DEs Moines make that list? Last time I checked Des Moines was moderate to liberal.
In no particular order:
1.)Phoenix
2.)El Paso
3.)Albuquerque
4.)Tucson
5.)Las Vegas
6.)Reno
7.)Palm Springs
8.)Yuma
9.)Las Cruces
10.)Santa Fe
All these cities have to be conservative in order to ensure their continued prosperity; as desert cities, water supply won't be plentiful, and thus these cities have to conserve water to make it last as long as possible. Because of this strong need to conserve water, these cities have to be conservative cities.

Small towns in the south like places in Louisiana, Mississippi, etc.
I believe Des Moines may be conservative compared to the rest of the Midwest.
College Station Tx would be another as well as Lubbock but they are kinda small.
I believe Springfield, Missouri would be another.
