Bay City. I'd rather be in a stand-alone smaller town than in the Flint metro area.

Buena Vista, Virginia or North Adams, Massachusetts?

Buena Vista. I love that region of VA. I've lived in MA. It has its merits, but it's just too darn expensive.

Johnson City, TN or Altoona, PA?
