Probably Burlington because I've heard it's a nice city. Denver or Minneapolis?
Denver, since then I'd have the option to ski and/or snowboard not too far away. Just not sure I could handle the winters in Minneapolis, though for sure I have this feeling I'd really enjoy this city.

Ames, IA, or Lawrence, KS?
I'll take Ames, Des Moines seems cool from the few threads about it that have popped up here in the past year and I don't know much about it.
Inner-ring suburbs of Santa Cruz: Aptos, CA or Soquel, CA?
Even though Soquelnis closer to SC I think I’d go with Aptos since it’s bigger and has more going on. Aptos also had some coastline of its own where Soquel doesn’t.

Greensboro NC or Alpharetta GA?
Alpharetta... usually would prefer larger cities to exurbs, but Alpharetta seems very nice and (traffic aside) I'd rather live within the Atlanta metro than in Greensboro's.

Peru, IN or Brazil, IN?
Brazil, since it's on the historic National Highway(US Hwy 40). And it's between BOTH Terre Haute, and Indianapolis. I'm sure Peru may be an alright small town, but I don't like that it's more isolated.
Tough choice. Both are pretty nice. I think I'd go with Decatur because I prefer its location and would prefer to stay in Alabama.
Brewer, Maine or Brewster, Massachusetts?
Both seem relatively isolated. I’ll take Brewster, Mass for warmer weather, less snow, quick access to Martha’s Vineyard. Close enough to Boston for a weekend trip

Even though I'm not a huge fan of Maryland, I'd probably pick Annapolis because I'm just much more comfortable in the eastern US.
Birmingham, Alabama or Albuquerque, New Mexico?
