Tough one but I think I'll have to go with Ann Arbor since I'm more familiar with it, and Michigan is a nice state overall. I'm sure New Haven is nice being in a good location close to NYC with an ivy league school, but not sure how the QOL is there.

Sandy Springs because it is a nicer area. I like the jobs center and other attractions in the area. Atlanta has nice suburbs.

Racine, WI or Bartlesville, OK?
I'll lean Bartlesville. The crime isn't as bad there, and I imagine winters wouldn't be as cold. Interesting idea for a comparison, as both places have a Wright building.

Owatonna, MN because it's an hour from Minneapolis, & I'd rather be near Minneapolis that Des Moines & Cedar Rapids.

I've never seen Hot Springs, but I like the Arkansas part of the Ozarks, so I'll go with Bella Vista. Sheesh, maybe we shouldn't have sold the plot when she died.
