Texas City,TX because of fishing at the coast and less tornadoes.Also no income tax in Texas

Washington,D.C. or Chicago,IL.

Cheyenne,Wyoming because North Dakota does not appeal to me but either way I would have to be a snowbird.

Hmmmm...tough choice because I could easily live in either. I'll go with Orlando since it's closer to family but it could be a toss-up either way.
