I worked nearby in Century City, I have no idea what that other poster is talking about, as others have said.
There is no mall in Beverly Hills, unless you want to count Rodeo collection as a outdoor mall? But why? Its really a city block.
BH has the Golden Triangle, but it's also more than that. Robertson, and (BH adjacent in LA) is pretty high end on multiple streets. West Melrose, Beverly, Robertson, 3rd are loaded with those shops and restaurants.
Century City and Beverly Center are upscale malls though. Century City is one of the best I've seen, and I usually don't care for malls.
Are you familiar at all with Los Angeles? This seems to be a common approach to American cities - if it's multi-nodal, accuse it of being suburban to handicap it in comparisons like this
