lol Denver does not have more people flying to and from there than SFO, which is 4th in O&D passengers after LAX, JFK and LAS.

Now it sounds like we're talking about San Francisco not San Jose

Because it's a very interesting point and the 'border' of Santa Clara county with San Mateo county is not an outlander area but Palo Alto which is a world financial and tech hub all by itself, totally developed and high density, you cant tell youve left one MSA and are in another, and it's like that all the way from city to city.
And for those who dont know, development is basically contiguous between SF and SJ.

It's closer from Palo Alto and Stanford, 2 of the most powerful symbols of Silicon Valley and the SJ metro area, to SFO than it is from Denver to it's own international airport.

People can make of that what they will and they can be scorned to their heart's desire, but to me that's hilarious because it exposes the true lopsided nature of the airport comparison.

Okay, like you didn't purposefully choose to use downtown Denver to the airport and then go out to the Santa Clara county line to the airport.

That's generally the kind of garbage newbies on the forum do, so you're either trying to mislead or have gone senile. The downtown to airport comparison for San Jose and SFO isn't even that bad considering that's a second airport, so it's stupid to fudge it in the first place.

That's not my doing:

DEN has ~200 non stops. More than the two airports combined and there is definitely a bit of overlap between non stops from SFO and SJC so the delta is greater.

DEN also see more passengers than SFO.

Yet it's really impossible not to include the surrounding area is it?

I could say its 0 miles from the Denver city limits to the Denver airport

I did do that on purpose not to fudge but to illustrate that people in the SJ MSA have more options-furthermore many people myself included consider the Palo Alto-Mountain View-Sunnyvale-Cupertino corridor to be the real downtown of the South bay-sorry topper, and the real heart of Silicon Valley---

These posts have timestamps. You reckon SkyDog77 went back and changed the timestamps and ordering of both yours and his posts?

Why are you going back to saying he started it?

Stick with the actual argument here--yes, Denver airport has more options than San Jose airport. While the other airports are further out, they aren't inaccessible for someone in living in San Jose, they're just a longer commute to than usual but they have a lot of additional options. You can persuasively argue for San Jose without trying to be misleading. It's really simple because it's not like San Jose doesn't have actual real things going for it.
