Neither but if I had to pick I’d say LA since Atlanta is sprawly and car centric like LA, although LA is significantly denser. Both also have a Hollywood presence that isn’t as apparent in Chicago.
Is Raleigh more similar to Nashville or Austin?
Nashville. It has a larger college student population like Nashville and similar high ranking healthcare institutions (Vanderbilt/Duke). Both have other mid sized cities in their regions unlike Austin. Both have Scots Irish and English influences not as present in Austin. Both have more freeways and more diverse economies. Both are very sprawly.

Is Chattanooga more like Atlanta, or Nashville?
Atlanta? Chattanooga's primarily known as a transportation crossroads (particularly trains) with nearby cities with good nature nearby and old industrial age building stock. Atlanta's weaker on the nature reputation bit (Chattanooga's just that high up there), but has a bit more history with the rest. Nashville, on the other hand, it a bit more historically isolated in comparison.

I'll guess Raleigh, since Memphis has a higher black population than the other 2. And since they both have local public and private colleges that are well known. Probably more than just obviously University of Tennessee for Knoxville, and North Carolina State for Raleigh.

Missoula. Since per looking up and looking at statistics for all 3 places(along with local resident reviews), Bend and Missoula have less rainfall vs. Redding. Plus the former 2 have more new residents moving there, vs. new residents into Redding.
