Alaska & Hawaii. They were the last two in, so they can be the first two out.

Exactly, I noticed the political connotations behind everyone's opinions.

Hawaii should be independent again, first and foremost. The USA's ownership of it has led to sprawl, overdevelopment, environmental/ecological degradation and all sorts of other bad things.

For the other? Either Texas or Alaska. One is not even connected to the rest of the USA and the other "is like a whole other country." Or maybe even California. Texas actually was once it's own country and Cali almost was during the 1830's-40's for each.

I agree...... but I was fairly new to computers, the net and City-Data then....I thought you could only have ten poll options. But IF I am correct....I think the moderators can add more if you ask them to help with the thread....

As is.....the software limits you to ten.....a poll would have been extremely interesting to visualize the results; but I did intend the thread to be more in jest than a serious discussion....the latter would have led to too much infighting....many posters here thrive on fighting and will argue with you about the sky being blue..
