You're comparing people knowing James Taylor and H-town??? Give me a break James Taylor is CLASSIC. What an insult to compare him to a lame r&b group with 1 hit. Is H-town in the rock & roll hall of fame like James Taylor? Yeah, didn't think so...

Sad though how they released one of the biggest hits of the early 90s, yet you've never heard of them. James Taylor was before my time and I don't care for classic rock. Lets not become a hypocrite and accept the fact that maybe you need to open your mind to more types of music, I'll listen to anything if its got a good beat.

Well, you're telling me I don't know a lame r&b group with 1 hit in the early 90s, when you don't even know about someone who's in the rock & roll hall of fame and has been famous for 30+ years? Stop trying, you've lost this one...

Well, we're having an argument, and clearly I've won; just like most other arguments with you. Have a nice day.

I am almost certain that if I asked the majority of people in my family who James Taylor is they would have no clue. That's including my mother and my grandparents. None of us listen to that kind of music. That's just not our thing.

However, plenty of us know Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Keith Whitley, Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline and a bunch of others. So it's not like we're closed minded.
