AND IN FURTHER NEWS....

London will easily win this poll. I see London tops San Francisco on City-Data survey too. How could a third-rate city like San Francisco even be compared to a creme de la creme city like London?

Unfair comparison!

San Francisco is a great city, but it's no match for London.

I don't know? Let me ask the thousands of Londoners who live in the Bay Area. Maybe they'll have an answer.

LOL

Exactly, my colleague is from London and thinks it does not compare well. Weather, people, food, a whole range of things, SF has a well rounded combination that kills London.

I asked a Londoner who's lived in the Bay Area for couple of years now. He seriously thinks he has found Shangri La. I don't blame him.

I know people from San Francisco area who live in London and they all admit to being no comparison, as well as the experts who rank London at the very top.

San Francisco is three (at the least) classes below London, no matter how much you love your hometown. Also, San Francisco has very slow population growth and a tremendously transient population. Nobody stays, everyone leaves.

London. You’re a quick plane ride away from many other great cities/countries, I like Arsenal FC, I love the style of the homes/flats. Though I don't like how they have the laundry room in the kitchen. I would give up space somewhere else to have a laundry room.

Not on most surveys of livability. SF is more livable than London.

According to Forbes, London has 28 billionaires and San Francisco has 12. LOL.

And don't even bring up San Jose/Bay Area/Whatever because hundreds of the world's billionaires own property in London since it's a far more international destination. And besides, there are no districts/neighbourhoods in cheap San Francisco that can match places like Kensington. There are no streets in cheap San Francisco that can match up to streets like Bond Street.
