I'm not from any of those places, but having been to all of them, I think they all have more going on than Charlotte. That's partly because they're all larger than Charlotte, though, at least by metro area, and also because they've all been big for longer than Charlotte, so have had a chance to develop more.

Very true. I think Charlotte has done well for itself given what it's had to work with, although there's always room for improvement.

LOL, sure. Let's take it on the word of someone who doesn't know the difference between "except" and "accept" (and we won't even touch "boringg").

most boring large US city I have spent time in: Phoenix, Charlotte, and then Jacksonville, in descending order of suckitide.

Charlotte! One of the most boring cities on all of America. Everything there can be found somewhere else. I have never been to a city where the people get excited over a Carowinds and NFL team.
