I think the only reason no one is saying San Jose is because no one visits there
One thing Phoenix can say is it's not the most boring of the top 10 largest cities in the country.

That sounds about right, but I'd take out Fort Worth, and maybe add in El Paso.

I'd go with Indianapolis. I've been there a few times and was never really impressed with what the city had to offer.

Not the largest city but Tucson is....boring. Phoenix is a step up but not amazing. Jacksonville is pretty boring too IMO, but not terrible.
