Total Non-Hispanic White population by CSA:

2008:
Philadelphia-Camden-Vineland, PA-NJ-DE-MD 67.7%...4,332,178
Dallas-Ft Worth, TX 49.8%...3,551,117

Asian Population by Metro area as of 2007:
Dallas-Fort Worth: 299,082
Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington: 262,856

African American Population by Metro Area as of 2007:
Dallas-Fort Worth: 844,745
Philadelphia: 1,281,884

Hispanic population:

Dallas-Fort Worth (projected for 2010): 2,001,952
Philadelphia: 425,000 according to the Philly Hispanic Chamber of Commerice as of 2009

^^Argueing over which city has the worst ghetto is futile. Theyre both pretty bad.

I agree; but after a poster put up 2 "ghetto videos", I needed to even out the odds...frankly I think it is "tacky". I did not malign Dallas in any way; but after repeated attempts to embarass Philly, I felt it only fair to show that both cities(all cities) have their bad sections and criminal elements.
