Speaking of beatdowns ? Is that foreclosure quandary still going loud and strong out there? Last I checked Santa Claras foreclosure rate was up 317%, Napa County foreclosure rate was up 271%.

I dont have to brag about how heavily populated DFW is. DFW is already bigger that Philly. Even if we just take those 4 counties vs. the entire Philly metro, in 5-7 years it will be much bigger so this is moot.

I simply wanted to expand Phillys surrounding sq. miles to equal Dallases metro sq miles.. Thats all. If we do this Philly has about 8.8 M people. I have a county(Mercer NJ) that is literally a stones throw across the Delaware River that I cant get in Philly metro.


Eventhough I dispute that the surrounding area of Dallas is more populated than the same equidistant areas of Philly let me say this. Bigger is not necessarily better.Although I am impressed by Collin and Denton Counties statistical numbers.

Hasn't it been an average of about 500,000 people a year for the past 15 years moving to Texas? I know we've gained about 6 or 7 million just in this decade.
