Speaking of beatdowns ? Is that foreclosure quandary still going loud and strong out there? Last I checked Santa Claras foreclosure rate was up 317%, Napa County foreclosure rate was up 271%.
At least you'll have one nice last view in the rear view mirror of that U-Haul.

I dont have to brag about how heavily populated DFW is. DFW is already bigger that Philly. Even if we just take those 4 counties vs. the entire Philly metro, in 5-7 years it will be much bigger so this is moot.
I simply wanted to expand Phillys surrounding sq. miles to equal Dallases metro sq miles.. Thats all. If we do this Philly has about 8.8 M people. I have a county(Mercer NJ) that is literally a stones throw across the Delaware River that I cant get in Philly metro.

Eventhough I dispute that the surrounding area of Dallas is more populated than the same equidistant areas of Philly let me say this. Bigger is not necessarily better.Although I am impressed by Collin and Denton Counties statistical numbers.

US Avg Median Household Income= $50,740

Philadelphia

Growth % + household median income(2007)
Chester County(PA)13.4 %. Median Household Income $83,979
Montgomery County(PA) 4% ...................................$73,985
Burlington County(NJ)5.3%. ....................................$73083
Bucks County (PA) 4% ........................................... $72,688
Gloucester(NJ) 12.6% ..............................................$70, 119

Dallas Metro

POpulation growth 2000-2007..............................Household Median income
Collin County 55%............................................... ..$80,059 Impressive #'s
Denton County 47%............................................... $71,296
Tarrant County 21%............................................... $53,518
Dallas County 8.7%.............................................. ...$46,408

Plus you have to listen to all the crap about their football team.

A 'true' city slicker, would take Philly over Dallas anyday of the week.

I don't care how much wealth is located in that hot, isolated, H.LLHOLE in Texas, Philly beats it hands down!!!
It's actually interesting that Philly has almost double the bank deposits; so I'm not so sure about the wealth debate??? http://www.census.gov/prod/2006pubs/...b-06tableb.pdf

Dude, I love Texas and would take it any day over Philly but have never completely slander the name of Philadelphia and boosted Texas just to get a rise out of people.

You don't have to be liberal to hate Bush. Many Independents, Libertarians, and Republicans in Texas hate Bush. I never said no one besides you hates Texas. Your just trolling and I'm calling you out on it. Troll.

I think all that heat in Texas has made you an angry person. Try wearing a cowboy hat the next time you head outside.......

I believe W won Texas in both elections, he can't be too hated there.....

Hasn't it been an average of about 500,000 people a year for the past 15 years moving to Texas? I know we've gained about 6 or 7 million just in this decade.
