South Jamaica:

North - Liberty Ave
East - Merrick Blvd
South - 137th Ave
West - Van Wyck Expressway

Rochdale is a part of Southside. There's 40 Projects, Bricktown, Baisley Projects, Baisley Park, Rochdale, Sutphin (Sufftin) Blvd, Guy R Brewer, Rockaway Blvd, Baisley Blvd, Foch Blvd, South Rd, etc.

It is pretty confusing if you're not from the area, there's a ton of overlapping too which makes it harder.

Only one year over the last 20 yrs (1990-2009) did New Orleans have a per capita murder of less than 42 per 100,000 unfortunately. That was in 1999 when the rate was 34 per 100,000.

Clevelands only at like 60 now, way down from the last 5 years at this time.

Cleveland city is on pace to have 76 murders this year. That would be a rate of 17.5/per 100k.
Compare that to the last 5 years:
2010 - 76 - 17.5/per 100k

2009 - 120 - 27.6/per 100k
2008 - 102 - 23.4/per 100k
2007 - 135 - 31.0/per 100k
2006 - 119 - 27.4/per 100k
2005 - 114 - 26.2/per 100k
