Given most people will never live in either... I think Atlanta would be the better city to live in though New Orleans better from somebody outside to visit.

No I just meant statistically. I was trying to say Atlanta would be the better place to live. New Orleans, is just a more accessible tourist destination once you are on the ground. Though this is just my personal preference.
