Smile labor day weekend

Three different events were scheduled by the POA over the labor day weekend.

1.New homes tour in Woodlands Park and Seaside. Some very nice homes and floorplans.

2.Concert at Woodlands Park.We did not attend, but heard it was very good and had a large turnout.

3.We did attend an outdoor movie at the Woodlands Park last night. We really enjoyed the night, and the POA provided free beer, soda and popcorn.

Hi! Just returned from our trip to Wilmington and SJP. We checked out many communities including Tidal Walk, Waterfall, Brunswick Forest and finally SJP. We were leaning towards BF until we came to SJP and we were sold. We spent the entire day Monday driving around with a SJP rep showing us the amenities and touring some of the homes and the neighborhoods. During the drive the rep pulled into a cul de sac of lots that were recently made available and had the plat. One of the lots was almost a half acre and backs up to woods and the price was right. Needless to say, we left a small deposit for it and are working on acquiring it! We probably won't be building for 3-5 years but we're really excited to come down to SJP in the meantime and learn more about it and enjoy the amenities!

Abby,

Welcome. I bought my lot last year and will start building in a few months. It is a great place and if you have any questions, you can reach out to your friends on this board.

Pony.

Default We are the unofficial greeting couple

My wife and I are the defacto editors of Cat Tales. We love to get together with newcomers to help them get oriented to the fabulous experience that is St. James. b&b
