Final Score: Fighting Will Griers 42, Texas 41

Gack...i'm sick at the moment. Oh, well. Congrats to West Virginia, and props to Grier on the big balls he had today.

Since our Big 12 title hopes are pretty much kaput at this point, i will be cheering y'all on to win the Big 12 and beat Oklahoma twice.

Thank you! I know this loss must suck, but you all played well! This was a great game that the refs tried to ruin for both teams.

Feel free to join our couch burning tonight!

Final Score: Texas 41, Tortilla Bois 34

Beating the Red Raiders on a Crabtree-esque catch, in Lubbock, on the 10th anniversary of that play, couldn't have been any more satisfying. Also, can the defense please stop blowing these fourth quarter leads? Come on, Orlando, i know you can do better than this, as we've seen that before.

Iowa State at home next week...will the heart attack games end there? Probably not.

Iowa State plays like a team on a mission! Take cautionary measures!

ISU has a real defense, unlike the rest of the Dinky Dozen.
The injury/youth/competence-plagued UT defense better heal quickly and wake up.

Holy hell...our defense actually finished a game? Yes! Excellent performance from us last night.

We end the season at Kansas. I remember what occurred two years ago, but i'm not concerned, because we don't have OU-level defense.

If we could please stop playing down to weaker competition, that'd be nice. And our series against Kansas won't get any easier considering Les Miles will be head coach there from here on out.

Got plenty of things to fix...especially since the Big 12 title is up for grabs next week.

Getting tired of the coaches & team coasting in the 4th after building a good lead.
It isn’t going to work in the CCG Saturday.

And now the useless & unnecessary CCG. OU won the regular season conference championship with only one loss. If UT wins it is just a tie, IMO.

Dumb playoff rules.

Bring on the Alamo bowl!

Final Score: BlowU 39, Texas 27

There are some choice words and rants i want to let out right now, but doing so would get me banned from this forum, so i'll save that for real life. So, without further ado, here are my thoughts.

Penalties - Good god, do they need to be dealt with immediately. I believe we had something like 9 or 10 in the 1st half? And 5 or 6 in the 2nd? Inexcusable. And Boyd had something like 100 yards of penalties alone...good god. Gonna be so glad when he's gone.

Neither team scored 40. I guess this conference is improving defensively.

My expectations were definitely exceeded this season. Trust me, after week 1, a Big 12 Championship appearance seemed impossible. But by god, we turned it around and proved many wrong. Looking forward to next season. Credit to OU's defense...never did i think they would be a deciding factor in the game's outcome. They honestly earned those Horns Down today. Only they, A&M and Arkansas should be allowed to do that. No one else. As much as i don't like it, i like some good rivalry hatred.

My 69-66 final score prediction looks very stupid now...oh, well. On the plus side, i won't have to hear Boomer Sooner a million times for the next 8 to 9 months, and i'm looking forward to whatever bowl we get.
