dude no one cares bout the 50's 60's its all about here and now kide...let take the last ten years and see whats up. the only stat the ou(sucks) beat TEXAS in is big 12 titles, 6 to our 2. we have the same amount of wins 110 to 110 but 2 less losses. the one thing that does stand out is Texas didnt look like **** in our Nat Champ games. uhm y(ou-sucks) went 2-7 in BCS games in the decade the worst in ncaa. while TEXAS went 3-1. And we lead the RRR!! go start a ou tread and pole jock there!!!

OU always embarrasses themselves in BCS bowl games! I'm almost embarrassed they are in the Big 12 with us... Lets look at their most recent BCS bowl games...
I'm proud to be a Longhorn fan and a UT alumnus. Hopefully the 'Horns make it to a BCS bowl this year, but I have a few doubts:
1. Offensive line needs improvement over last year, especially with a young QB
2. Gilbert showed flashes of excellence last year, but it remains to be seen if he can be a 'worthy' successor to McCoy and VY and perform at a high level over the course of the season.
3. The running game needs a lot of improvement; this of course depends on the quality of the offensive line.
4. The team hasn't had a healthy pass-catching tight end for a few years now. It'd be nice for one of the TEs to be able to do something other than block.
Having said that, here's to a good season full of UT wins and OU misery. \m/

To make it to the big one you have win some big ones. The reason * hasn't been to more BCS games and won any more Big12 Championships is because they choke before they even get there.
TT in 2008 LOL. Aggie in 2007, even bigger LOL. Aggie and K-State in 2006, huge LOL. In 2009 they needed the refs to put an extra second on the clock in order to win the Big12!! Talk about choke artists.
