Nothing wrong with fitting in at that age, you are an adult and so is everyone else in campus, 18 year olds are legally adults and can be with anyone they want, it's like a NBA basketball team, all teams have players of various ages like 18-35, so they all fit in well together as if they are brothers.

I think its an American thing to worry about age when starting University. Here and Europe being over 30 and a student is seen as no big deal, no one cares. Some people want to start a new career, or advance their studies etc... One of my professors, he is Dutch, he just got his Ph.D and he is like 55 lol.

Exactly it is an American thing since americans use age as an excuse for why people cannot engage and interact and socialize, I don't see why a 24 year old adult wouldn't fit in with an 18 year old adult nor do i see a problem.
