That's excellent news. Glad to see that building back in use. Bojangles new building over there looks to be almost finished. Also, Hardee's new store in Midland should be open by Christmas.

These are from March, plans have evolved and changed I'm sure.

I'm hoping. I do know that the site across from Lowe's will be starting next year. I went by the Christmas tree lot that is there and they confirmed it will be their last year at that location due to the new retail center coming in. Hoping that starts in Q1.

As far as these plans, I hope they give an update soon. It would be nice to see these other projects get out of the ground, especially the land by Kohls.

This is great news for downtown. This is the general area where a nice convention hotel would go. Excellent views of the river and downtown. I really hope W.C. Bradley gets aggressive and puts some thought behind another large downtown hotel.

New Whitewater Express Set to Open Downtown

Whitewater Express is getting ready to open their new downtown Columbus store! The new whitewater outfitter store at 10th Street and Bay Avenue should be finished by Dec. 20, with an open date soon after that. It will be Columbus' first full-scale operation, with Whitewater Express occupying a storefront in the Phenix Plaza shopping center in Phenix City. Both stores will operate in the market with the PC location opening in a new location within the redeveloped Phenix Plaza that will undergo construction next year. Great news for downtown.

Need to find someone that will sell a parking lot to a building and the developer replace the parking spaces with reserved spaces inside the parking garage. Parking lot behind One Arsenal would be great or the WC Bradley Parking lot

Lullwater has started construction on their expanded clubhouse and additional apartments on the land to the left of the current apartments. Woodruff continues to dish out dollars into the local economy.
