New company that bought the complex probably realized that no one was going to rent that space, sad!
Also, after some research the space on Williams Road might actually be a self storage place - the company building it is a "construction firm that specializes in the design and construction of commercial/industrial facilities including refrigerated and frozen food distribution and self storage facilities throughout the United States"

I wish they would raze the entire center. Will be interesting to see how it's redeveloped. Cross Country Plaza came out great.
