Heard today that it is going to be a tire store, maybe Epperly Tire, opening next to Publix on Summerville Rd.

Woodruff just filed fora $4.1 million dollar building permit for 1760 Williams Rd which is the large lot next to the Shell across from the Welcome Center on Williams Road. Any ideas?

That should be a decent size development. Hoping for a retail/restaurant development similar to the one they did in Midland.

That price range would work for a hotel more than likely. Definitely would be a small one. Glad to hear about the new strip center. About time that parcel got filled in. Still waiting on that assisted living facility to break ground behind the Mercedes dealership.

The assistant living facility didn't get their funding. It's off last I heard
