More charges will be brought as soon as more evidence is recollected, the scene is reconstructed, and everything examined. it has not even been two days. Unfortunatly things like this take a while and especially at this magnitude. Didn't something like this happen in the early 90's, even around the same area?

You might be thinking of triple murder at car shop in Windsor Locks, now going to trial.Party was extradited from Italy.
I can't recall exactly but it was a invasion of a
Windsor home. Two children were involved...the little boy
was killed. It was the mother's female cousin who planned it
& was sentenced to life in prison.
I know a woman who saw Mrs. Petit at the bank
Monday a.m. when Mrs. Petit was kidnapped & forced
there by one of the guys.
The woman I know hasn't stopped crying!
the "Marc Comacho Murders", occured in 1996. Some people must be removed from society. The murderer apparantly appealed his conviction, some people think they do no wrong. He got 260 years in prison. Maybe the same sentence for these people, death penalty is highly unlikely...and all over petty money
One of the suspects in this killing - 26-year-old Cheshire resident Joshua Komisarjevsky - still has family living IN Cheshire. Their address is public information. Media have apparently staked out the house, but they aren't offering much in the way of comments. I'd sure hate to be them. I wonder what they did to raise such a rotten son, or if they feel badly about their failure not to raise a mass-murderer.

Unfortunately I have seen problem kids in very nice families, fortunately not quite as bad as this one, but still pretty bad. I do not know why this happens sometimes. One of my good friends took the wrong road after I left for college and has been plagued with problems his whole life. I also have relatives that have similar troubles. Good parents but they end up making mistakes that take them to the point of no return. I understand from people that live in Cheshire, his family is pretty promenient there and deeply religous. He may have just done things to rebel. It is so tragic. Jay
His family released a statement yesterday and they offered the condolences to the Petit family and those whose lives they touched. I do feel for both families in cases like this.
Well, the state has filed capital murder charges against both suspects... meaning that this might be one of the rare cases in Connecticut where a death penalty is handed down.
