62/100 inch in Hartford for this latest go-around. There
was a tiny break of sun in Berlin on Monday in the 11 AM hour. Saw a splotch or two of blue sky. Then the rain returned around 2:45 PM.
Not raining now at least! However, the reading of 41 and a dew point of 36 sure doesn't feel like May 14th.
