Malloy is 2nd worst governor last year NJ beat us with Chris Christie. CT bigger brother Massachusetts Charlie Baker ranked best governor in all of 50 states. Rhode Island ranked 10th worst, New York ranked 20th worst, New Hampshire rank 6th best, Vermont ranked 5th best, Maine 8th worst, Pennsylvania 14th worst
