Didn't expect 30s this morning in CT but not here. 40s. At least we're not in NYC or Boston.

See that 27° in Northern PA and the 34° in Olean north of there? My sister lives near the border there. When I visited in October 2yrs ago, I was impressed how cold that spot gets vs other areas. Very interesting and I always look at it now.

Fall has the biggest warming trend for us past few decades. Sick of that. I miss the long cool Falls that started in September (back in the 1980s/90s)!

Temps should warm up as the days get longer and vice versa. So weird to have it warm with short days. Spring used to start in March and like you said, fall would start in September. I always hated going away for a week or two in early September because I felt like when I got back, it was full fall.
