Right now I see 12 lucky neighborhoods getting rain. Lets see if it increases

I'll make a bet that Litchfield County CT gets storms and rain today. Always see them get Thunderstorms in summer more than points south

We were on our descent through that mess (flight from CMH to BOS) in a puny regional jet right around then--between 6:00 - 6:30. Right after Albany, it was easily some of the roughest air I've experienced in a long time, until we descended below the clouds somewhere around I-495!

Kent, Wallingford Center, Essex Village, Norwich all saw water fall from the sky yesterday


and check out Northern CT! 1"+ in some areas but came with tree damage. 1 house got struck by lightning

I saw on FB that Planet Fitness in Danielson got struck by lightening and they had everyone evacuate. It happened around 8:30 or so.
