Its time for every civilian to attach high tech cameras on their person and in their cars, film and record EVERYTHING. If someone in law enforcement sees you, they should also see your camera. Running.

What the heck is she doing standing just a few feet away from cops who were at the ready to help other cops that were arresting members of a biker gang? She was distracting them from the situation between the other cops and the biker gang, not only by being so close to them but also by yapping away at them the whole time she was standing there.
I could hear a little bit of what she was saying .. "I have a right to be here" (they must have told her to get back, out of the way), and, "you need to stay away from (?)" (dog barked right at the end of that last sentence--but sounds like she's trying to give orders to the cops).
She's lucky she didn't get hauled in for obstruction.

Doesn't justify the cops actions.
What if someone had assaulted the cop for assaulting the woman?
People have a right to film and know what's going on in their neighborhoods. It's OUR neighborhood. Not the state's.

I agree that people have a right to film, but they don't have the right to place themselves in harms way to film, or, to continuously run their mouth while the cops are trying to be focused on the situation. She could have easily gone further down the block, or, across the street and filmed from there.
You want to play the what if game, okay..
What if instead of the one cop and the one biker getting into a struggle, the whole biker gang decided to fight off the cops? As close as she was to those cops she probably would have ended up right in the middle of it and been injured or killed, or, one of the cops could have been injured or killed by trying to protect her.
What if the biker gang were armed and began shooting at the cops? Again, as close as she was to those cops she may have been shot.
If she wanted to film, fine--just do it from a safe, and out of the way, distance. She had no business being that close to the cops while a situation was going on!!
The usual hater baiter agenda
Or also known as
Who has a criminal history
And who wants a marijuana cookie
Internet hero's with hundred pound computer keyboard hammers ...in reality... uninformed blather... nothing happens here.. happens at the ballot box... do they vote...
Insert yourself into a scene where Leo action is occurring... divert resources and attention.. fail to leave when directed... get police action ..
I love the video of the person videotaping... did you record that ... obvious set up...
Cause vs effect.. basic premise of life
Can't fix stupid
Marshal will be held to account for failing to protect any citizens property
Cops don't like to be filmed any more than we do however , many cities are gearing up with body cams on their police force so their argument against it, is moot.
People have a right to film as much as any entity does.
Problem is, do you call the police over a police man doing something illegal?
Does dispatch care.
Well for better or worse there is a recording going on 24 /7 in the dispatch and 911 on every single phone line .
So that if you make a call IT IS A MATTER OF RECORD.
Watch your mouth , it can also be a record against you too.
Remember that any thing you say can be used in a court of law.
Say little, and choose your words with great care, and " not emotion "
IMHO at Times the filming /civilian intrusion is out of hand.. If you want to film then stand OUT OF THE WAY AND ****...
NOT one of you would want to to filmed all day long with your job riding on every secound of the film. We cannot tell what kind of crap is coming out of this womens mouth so when in doubt give the cop the benefit of the doubt..
Looks like someone will be getting a new cell phone. They should have arrested her for interference. Odd how someone off in the distance just happened to be recording her, record them.

They should have arrested the cop for criminal destruction of property. There are camera phones everywhere these days. Go ahead and destroy one, there will likely be another recording.
