I think she is "blackish" When people self-identify Enicity on employment (voluntary) forms they get to select their race. HR has long been instructed never to question an individual's selection because people get to tell you their race (or can refuse, too).
Taking a Devil's Advocate position, just for the case of looking at another side, this person was reared in a family with four adopted Black siblings. An argument can be made that her personal identification is that as a Black person since she was reared in a multi-ethnic family and her sibs were AA.
