Nope. It's not the end of story.
If/when you start your own company one day, you are free to operate it in any manner which you see fit, including purposely not making a profit. Or perhaps making less profit to give whatever you wish to give back to your employee's. Your call. Not someone else telling you how to run your business.....ie, mind your own business.
