I suspect being a Cop will be similar to people fleeing many cities. Due to the career risks, If I were a white cop I'd definitely try to find a job in a city that was Non-Black.

Local news update. Killer was driving his roommate's truck. His roommate was found dead, murdered. The killer has a long criminal history including battery of a police officer. The case is a slam dunk because they have the shooting on the cop's uniform camera. Just execute the guy and dump him on the wild fires out west.

Maybe Black cops can affectively police predominately Black cities like Baltimore or Detroit. Maybe those Black Cops can deal with the Anti-Cop mentality that exists.
