There would be just as much, if not more criticism if it were a White kid.
Why? For "not being diverse enough".
But since it's a black kid they're being "insensitive", aka "racist".
Anyone else starting to get the hypocrisy now? Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
You could join Teach for America and work in a black inner city school, but you'd still be labeled a racist.
You could dig a well in Honduras to help poor rural Hondurans, but that doesn't matter because you're still "racially insensitive".
You could even have a gay friend, but the liberals will still call you "a cis-gendered male oppressor"
You could even pay for your college with the GI bill and work your butt off for everything you have, but these people would still say that you're "privileged".

First off, who the he!! is this person?
Secondly, why should I (or anybody else) care what offends this person?
Third, I'm offended that this person being offended is considered news!
First, it's probably insensitive. Not sure if I'd call it "racist" as that implies someone intentionally did this to inflame. The coffee is from Columbia in that picture, perhaps it's a dark-tanned child? Maybe there will be enraged Columbians tweeting next.
I like her as an actor, and think she's got a great figure (having shown it many times on-screen) but "racist"? Come on.
More than likely it symbolizes an African or Ethiopian child. Coffee originated in Ethiopia around the 10th century time frame. Columbian coffee grower are new comers to the game.
