And the inability to get past the idea she should be locked up and the key thrown away has now clouded the emotional response as to what happens next. So the punishment isn't what you prefer but that's really not really relevant to the next step here

Unless she tells where she put his body she has no remorse. She’s nothing but a cold hearted *itch. In cases like this the key should be lost.

Plenty of women have had abortions though, so its the same thing, they have killed their unborn baby, yet no one is going around calling for them to be jailed for life.

Think about it, if people can accept and tolerate a mother killing her unborn baby, why would it bother them if the mother choose to kill the baby after it was born? Its still HER choice...right?

Before you say that an unborn baby is not a real 'life', legally it very much is, a person that kills a pregnant woman CAN be charged with 2 counts of murder, if the fetus was not a real life, a murder charge could not be brought, plus, DNA testing of fetus can effect court proceedings, so in a courtroom, an unborn baby is very much a real life.

Regardless of whether the sentence was long enough, the woman is not going back to prison at this point.

The question in my mind is, how is society benefiting from keeping her out of grad school?

She should have told the Haavahds that "I have high cheekbones and am of Indian heritage."

It depends on the state. However, in all 50 states, killing a 4 year old definitely is murder (if it can be proven).

I agree that it's a strange contradiction we have, morally, where abortion is legal because it's the mother's choice yet in some states, someone who kills a pregnant women could be charged with murdering the fetus as well. But I mean you really cannot compare an unborn child still reliant on the mother's body as its host/incubator to a living, breathing, 4 year old individual. I get your point but it's not as simple as you make it seem.

I read about Michelle Jones. She will always and forever be, a monster. Murdered her 4 year old and hid the body. She's an evil one, for sure. Harvard has a duty to protect their students, and letting a known murderer into their school is failing to protect the other students.

Do you want to be walking around on a campus with her? Would you feel safe? I wouldn't.

This thread is very revealing, people seem to view small children as less than human. They also see women who murder as somehow less "evil" than their male counterparts. But I can assure you, women are and can be just as dangerous and lethal. This woman even looks evil. In every photograph I've seen of her, she looks like she's ready to beat someone up. She needs to get that nasty, hate-filled look off her face, if she ever wants any hope of being accepted anywhere.
