Beautiful morning here.....got my 30 min. walk in now I gotta go get the kids ready for our morning walk. I'll have to get my ab and strength exercises in when they're sleeping this afternoon.

ranchx if you're walking a lot I'm not sure why you're not losing weight. The key to losing weight is cardio. Maybe your pace isn't fast enough? You need to get your heart rate up and keep it up if you wanna lose weight. Another big thing is metabolism. Everyone's is different and that can play a big part. If you're really concerned maybe check with your doctor to see if you could be doing anything differently. Sorry couldn't be more help but they are just so many variables with losing weight.
