and what a game indeed... Hi Karla. Hubby is so happy his team won. He is still saying "I can't believe they won". I am thinking about trying a very mild step work-out but have to see how my back is this morning. I just have to refrain from the high kicks. Have a great day everyone. Jeannie

Good morning!
It was a great game and congrats to Giants fans. It is funny because I have been the football fan in my house up until this year, and my hubby is the one just devastated today. It was really cool to see Peyton(one of my favorites) cheering for his little brother.
I am headed to the gym soon for some time on the elliptical and some weight work.
Have a great day all!

Well, Lazy Susan reared her ugly head this morning. Still fighting the cold, so when it came time to get up and head to the gym, I rolled over and went back to sleep. Gosh, I'm tired of not feeling good.

We may go out to the mall today, just to get out of the house and move around a bit.

The game looked good. I watched part of the 2nd half where they switched lead a couple of times. Sometimes, the Super Bowl is boring with one team always ahead and winning like 200-3 or something, but they sure made it an exciting one this year. And for the Giants to win it in the last seconds. Amazing. I wasn't rooting for either team.

OK, folks. Have a great day. We'll talk to you all soon.

Morning Peeps!

My husband is a non sports person so I was lucky that I got to watch the game last night. He tolerates NASCAR because he has no choice, but usually that is about it. The Giants deserved to win that game.

Shadow & I have taken the tour of the neighborhood this morning. She is now sitting next to my bike, so I imagine there will be a bike ride in my immediate future.

Good afternoon all!

The Super Bowl didn't start before 1 a.m. over here so hubby watched only till 2:15 a.m. and then finally came to bed.

I guess I would be more of a sports fan if I were in the US... It seems like a lot of fun b/c everybody is so excited.

Had some errands to do today. Took a nap with DS together because he woke me at 4:30 a.m. and at 6:45 again. The nap wasn't satisfying tho'.

I also took nearly one hour off and gave DS to my grandma who took him for a walk. Meanwhile I could look into my folders and learn more and more about the gross domestic product.

How come these things don't stick in my head like most other things which won't bring me through my exams??? lol

Still have two baskets full of clothes waiting to be ironed. You know how I spend my evening now.

Will sqeeze in some abwork after dinner altho that is absolutely the wrong time for it.

Have a good day!

Oh boy what a game last night-yes indeed, that's the way a Super bowl should be!
Finished my exercises for today-did quite a few, but also discovered some apple fritters at WalMart last night and some new Edy's stuff was just calling out to me, it's a yogurt blend, Caramel praline crunch. Then our 25 pound bag of cat litter ripped and broke open on the counter when the cashier tried to move it-it went all over, and she couldn't move the bag for fear of the rest of it all pouring out. What a huge mess. Talk about one for the ooops thread! Anyway, have a great day everybody!

Those last 39 minutes had me chewing my nails! I think I got a workout just watching

Lots of walking and running around on a frozen lake the last few days. Back to painting tomorrow and by the looks of the weather ... shovelling snow! How's it where you are Fuzzy?

Woke up a lot later than I had planned. Went to the gym, did the following

Lat pulls
Low rows
Deadlift
Preacher curls
Hammer curls
sit ups

I can't seem to go up with my preacher curls. I'm going to have to do something different with my bicep exercises.

Came home, sat around. Around midnight I took the dog for a short walk/jog around the neighborhood. It's very nice out for this time of the year. Went out in only a light fleece pullover and gloves. I hear tomorrow we're going to get dumped on with snow though.
