Yes, I'm jumping into another round. Still have a ways to go.

Monday 4/6/2009:

Day off. Walked a couple of miles, but that's it.

Tuesday 4/7/2009:

1 hour Core Synergistics.

Wednesday 4/8/2009:

1 hour Shoulders & Arms.
15 mins Ab Ripper X.

Walked 2.8 miles.

Thursday 4/9/2009:

1 Hour Yoga X.
Walked a couple of miles.

Friday 4/10/ 2009:

20 mins HIIT with 30 second intervals.

Lat Pulldown: 70 lbs.
Seated Leg curls: 85 lbs.
Leg extension: 85 lbs.
Seated row: 70 lbs.
Chest press: 40 lbs.
Shoulder press: 20 lbs

All above 3 sets of 8.

Saturday 4/11/2009:

Nothing.

Sunday 4/12/2009:

Ran over the Ben Franklin Bridge and back.
Walked 2.5 miles.

Monday 4/13/2009:

Official start of P90X round 2!!

40 minutes Chest & Back.
20 minutes HIIT
15 Minutes: Ab Ripper X.
