I had never worked out a day in my life (41 yrs old & 100 lbs overweight, but still physical here) until Dec. 28, 2008. In January, got a trainer for 4 weeks & have learned alot about how all this effects a middle aged overweight body. ...
Anyhow, all that to say this... I don't even know what the P90X is... but CONGRATS on finishing Phase1 & GOOD LUCK on the rest & KEEP IT UP!!!

DaBeez, it is tough. Have you done any of the work outs? If you fancy a cardio challenge, get someone to lend you the plyometrics DVD. It's fun!
I still struggle with the pull ups, and the chest, shoulders & biceps workout almost killed me with all the push ups yesterday. Probably because it's the first day I've done that particular work out. I still have a ways to go on upper body strength. I think my chest weighs me down!
Today Thursday 2/5/2009 I did:
Day 4 of phase 2 P90X. 1.5 hrs Yoga X, and walked a couple of miles.
1 hour Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. P90X phase 2, day 10.
15 mins Ab Ripper X.
Walked 2 miles.
Thursday 2/12/2009:
P90X Phase 2, day 11. 1.5 hrs Yoga X.
