What a disaster of a couple of weeks exercise wise.
Turns out I really hurt my foot (could barely walk on it for over a week) - it's still not 100%. Then we went away for Thanksgiving, and then I got probably the worst cold I have ever had. I'm still recovering from that. I am not letting it completely de-rail me though.
I am 3 days back into it. I'm doing less than I was because I still feel kind of weak from the cold, and I still can't run on my foot. But at least it's something and I am building back up.
Monday:
6 miles on the bike (with HIIT)
3 sets of 10 arm curls with 15 lb free weights
3 sets of 10 sit ups on slanted sit up table.
3 sets of 10 crunchy frogs
3 sets of 10 medicine ball side to side crunches
Seated Leg curls: 70 lbs.
Leg extension: 70 / 85 lbs.
Chest press: 40 lbs.
Tuesday:
10 miles on the bike (with HIIT)
3 sets of 10 sit ups on inverted sit up table.
1 set of 10 arm curls with 15 lb weights.
Wednesday:
2 miles on the Elliptical machine
4 miles on the bike
3 sets of 10 sit ups on inverted sit up table.
1 set of 10 arm curls with 15 lb weights.
